Customer Pack preview

A starting draft. Not a script you have to sound like.

See how a short, clear message can collect the details needed for a useful next step. These are illustrative examples of the editing approach.

Example · reply to an inquiry

Hi [name], thanks for asking about [service]. I work in [area]. Could you share [scope detail] and your preferred timing? I can then let you know whether it is a fit and what I need to prepare a quote.

Before sending

Replace every bracket. Be truthful about your service area, skills and availability. Only request information you actually need to assess the job.

Example · respectful follow-up

Hi [name], checking back on the [job] we discussed. Do you have any questions about the scope or next step? If your plans changed, no problem — just let me know.

Give people room to decline.

Use follow-up only where appropriate. Respect opt-outs, local marketing rules and the communication preferences the customer has shared.

Keep the quote details private.

The 15-field worksheet is for organizing a job before you quote. Think through scope, site details, timing, exclusions and your next action. Do not treat a template as a substitute for a proper assessment or professional judgment.
